This section describes the formatting of the data for one PPC unit. The VME taxi builds one SIFE bank by just appending the output of all PPCs in readout. Hence a `substructure' within the SIFE bank is needed to be able to distinguish between different PPCs. For this reason Control words are introduced that mark a block of data within the SIFE bank and contain also its length.
Note that in Raw mode, the SIFE bank has no substructure since the VMEtaxi reads from the Raw data buffers.
