Abstract A cross section measurement of beauty photoproduction in ep collisions performed with the H1 detector at HERA is presented. The data were collected in the years 1999 and 2000 at a center of mass energy of sqrt(s) = 319 GeV and correspond to an integrated luminosity of 67.4 pb^-1. The event selection requires at least two high-transverse momentum jets with P_T^Jet1(2) > 10 (7) GeV in the central rapidity range. The flavor composition of the event sample is determined on the basis of secondary decay topologies detected with the silicon vertex detector of the H1 experiment.
