Abstract The inclusive e^+ p double differential cross sections, d^2 sigma / dx dQ^2, for neutral and charged current processes are measured with the H1 detector at HERA. The positrons are polarised in left and right handed states with up to 50% polarisation. The cross sections are measured in the range of four-momentum transfer squared Q^2 between 150 and 30,000 GeV^2 and Bjorken x between 0.0032 and 0.65. The polarisation asymmetry of the neutral current cross section is measured for the first time.
