Two methods for extracting b-quark enriched event samples from the data
collected by the H1 detector at HERA are presented, utilising the
semi-muonic b-quark decays. The $b \bar{b}$ photo-production cross section
is measured for the first time at HERA at a photon-proton centre-of-mass
energy of $\sqrt{s_{\gamma p}} \approx 200$~GeV. The result is found
to be a factor of five higher than expected according to leading order
QCD.
