\abstractheader{\bf Study of the $Q^2$ Dependence of Di-Jet Angular
Distributions at HERA \\
H1 Collaboration, DESY}

\abstractbody{
The dijet cross section $d\sigma/d{\bar{\eta^*}}$,
where $\bar{\eta^*}$ is the
average pseudorapidity of the jets, has been measured in the kinematic range
$1.6 < Q^2 < 100 ~GeV^2$ and $0 < x_\gamma < 1.0$, where $x_\gamma$ is the
fraction of the photons momentum participating in the hard subprocess. \\
The interpretation of the results in terms of the structure of the virtual
photon is discussed and comparisons are made with various leading and next to
leading order QCD calculations incorporating photon structure at non zero
$Q^2$. \\
The {\bf$\cos\theta^*$} distribution, which is sensitive to the effect of the
propogator of the interaction, is also presented as a function of $Q^2$ and
$x_\gamma$.
