\abstractheader{\bf Measurement of Inclusive Cross Sections for Neutral
and Charged \\ Current Interactions at High-$Q^2$\\
H1 Collaboration, DESY}

\abstractbody{
The inclusive single and double differential cross sections for neutral
and charged current processes for $Q^2$ between 200 and 30000 GeV$^2$
are measured with the H1 experiment at HERA with the data taken in 1994-1997.
Predictions of the electroweak theory are confronted with the data and
standard model parameters are extracted. The QCD evolution is tested
to the highest available $Q^2$ at large parton momenta,
up to x-Bjorken=0.65. New information on the parton distributions of the proton
is extracted.
