The differential cross section ${\rm d}\sigma / {\rm d} Q^2$ for the
neutral current reaction $e^+p \rightarrow e^+X$ has been measured
using 1994$\rightarrow$1997 data corresponding to an integrated luminosity
of $37$\, pb$^{-1}$ in the H1 experiment at HERA.
The measurements extend up to very high momentum transfers of
$Q^2 = 30000$\, GeV$^2$.
The differential cross section is compared to the Standard Model
expectation and analyzed to search for (ee)(qq) Contact Interactions.
