XILINX Pinout
The Pad Detector Frontend Logic utilizes reconfigurable XILINX chips of
the XC3000A family. Their pinning is different for even (X0) and odd (X1)
phi sectors resp. since every two sectors are processed on the same
repeater printed circuit board.
