  1. rhi - run invoked (overrules H1 signal)
  2. rhe - H1 DAQ run/hold signal enabled
  3. si0 - spare out 0
  4. si1 - spare out 1
  5. si2 - spare out 2
  6. si3 - spare out 3
  7. spe - enable external (backplane) spare
  8. rse - frontend being reset
  9. so0 - spare out 0
  10. so1 - spare out 1
  11. so2 - spare out 2
  12. so3 - spare out 3
  13. sie - enable spare inputs
  14. ini - frontend lost configuration or being configured
  15. bsy - indicates running DAQ

Note that only the bsy and ini bits are of any relevance for the data at the time being! The spare in/out system has been used for test purposes only (and is not available in the STC due to the lack of custom vme access).
