- rhi - run invoked (overrules H1 signal)
- rhe - H1 DAQ run/hold signal enabled
- si0 - spare out 0

- spe - enable external (backplane) spare
- rse - frontend being reset
- so0 - spare out 0
- so1 - spare out 1
- so2 - spare out 2
- so3 - spare out 3
- sie - enable spare inputs

- bsy - indicates running DAQ
Note that only the bsy and ini bits are of any
relevance for the data at the time being! The spare in/out system has been
used for test purposes only (and is not available in the STC due to the
lack of custom vme access).
