If target HV status is not set whithin 5 minutes then just repeat action using individual detector HV control - see instructions attached to A4-A5 top FPS control PC. As a backup solution you can use old FNC HV control on B5R: Locate "Session Manager" small window, then click on "SC_Expert" item in "Applications" menu. When panel starts click on "HV controll" button in top-middle part of the panel. After "Simple FNC HV Control" panel start you can use it to switch HV to ON or to REDUCED 40%. To query HV status use "READ HV Ch.1".

SSP message "subsystem 101 timeout" or CTrig message "ETAG/FNC - Timeout" indicates problems in the subsytem 101 (ETAG/FNC). In principle ETAG/FNC reboots automatically after some timeout (watchdog).

But faster to reboot the processors manually:

• Go to rack B10-Left bottom Macintosh display (where Lumi platform is operated), you can use also this Mac window in A5-Right.
• Top rigthmost pull-down menu: select DAQwd2003 - the window "DAQ status" should appear. Press "Enable boot" and then "Reboot" buttons at the top-left portion of the window.
• After this two messages "Master FIC reboot successful" and "Slave FIC reboot successful" should appear in the messages field.
