Abstract Events with two or more leptons (electrons or muons) with high transverse momentum are measured in electron-proton collisions at HERA using the data sample collected in the period 1994-2005. The electrons and muons are selected in a similar phase space and classes of events containing various combinations of two or three leptons are studied (ee, eee, emu, mumu, emumu, etc.). Within the Standard Model such events are mainly produced via photon-photon collisions. Using the same data sample, a general search for new physics at large transverse momentum is performed.
Comments The multi-lepton analysis has been updated with the full 1994-2005 data, see H1prelim-06-063
