Dijet event rates, $R_2$, have been measured for deep inelastic $ep$ scattering using data collected with the H1 detector in the years 1996-1997 corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 22~${
m \,pb}^{-1}$. $R_2$ is shown as a function of $x_B$ and $Q^2$ in the kinematic region $10^{-4} |
