The next 8 columns represent a 1 sigma shift upward for the correlated systematic error contribution:
track resolution, track efficiency, D multiplicity, B multiplicity, fragmentation, QCD model, light quarks, jet phi,normalisation
1 sigma shifts down errors are the negative of the upward errors.
Errors are correlated between charm and beauty but uncorrelated to inclusive data 
apart from normalisation which is 100(%) correlated to data from 'DESY 03-038; Eur Phys J C30 (2003) 1-32 , 04/03'
The last column give F2cc or F2bb
