Status of BDC HV | Things to be done by shift crew |
1) HV is on and everything is OK
- HV switch is green and points to ON - All coloured controls are green, none are red

- None |
2) BDC was switched off by the interlock with CJC1, because
CJC1 tripped or was switched off (or because of a failure of the interlock)
- HV switch is still green and points to ON - The control labeled "HV-endvalue" and the big square indicator have switched from OK (green) to ERROR (red) - All 80 channels are marked red (off) in the top row of the "HV status"

- Wait until CJC1 is back on for at least 3 minutes
- Switch the BDC back on by clicking on the button labelled "Reactivate" - If this does not work - call the expert Note: If there is a "Gas System 3" alarm, the BDC - can't be switched on |
3) The BDC tripped alone while the other trackers are still on:
- HV switch is still green and points to ON - The control labelled "HV-endvalue" and the big square indicator have switched from OK (green) to ERROR (red) - The tripped channels are marked red (off) in the top row of the "HV status" bar - If all 80 channels are off: failure of of interlock > Goto 2)

- Leave it as it is and call the BDC expert
- Do NOT try to reactivate the tripped channels |
4) LAN connection interrupted
- All controls on BDC HV program are green/OK - Messages "BDC Mac appears dead" or "Unknown" on Tracker Mac and/or
System Supervisor

- Click on the "LAN reset" button on the panel of the BDC HV program
- If this does not help: reboot Mac (307/B18 right) |
5) Anything not described above | - Call the BDC expert |
6) General | - Try pressing "Acknowledge" in case of error messages |
